It is a clean and fair card but sadly the range on creature design and power creep has rendered this pretty useless now

METHOD TO THE MADNESS Just as a well-built sacrifice deck will include cards that trigger when creatures die to improve their resource returns, discard decks have multiple ways to leverage the thing they already want to do
The card itself is pretty strong in a go-wide aggro deck, but likely not good enough outside of that
